WAP
The de facto standard for transfering wireless web pages to cell phones and displaying them on small screens. In order to be WAP enabled, a cell phone must comprise a WAP browser capable of reading and displaying web pages coded in WML, the wireless equivalent to HTML. WAP has been slow to catch on because it's slow and very limited graphically.
